Cancellations

Cancellation refund requests must be received in writing before May 31, 2013, and will be processed within 15 days of receipt. Learning Sciences International will apply a $100 processing fee per registrant on all approved refund requests and an additional $25 fee if the registration was paid by purchase order. Requests for refunds will not be honored after May 31, 2013. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. Learning Sciences International is not responsible for weather-related cancellations or for airfare, hotel, or other costs associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend. Conference is subject to cancellation or change. Liability is limited to funds remitted for conference registration. Speakers are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Name changes and substitutions are permitted if received in writing by May 17, 2013.
  • Schedule changes are permitted through 11:59 pm EST, May 17, 2013. Use your online registration login ID and password for the most convenient way to make changes or call customer service at 1-877-411-7114.
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to MarzanoConference@LearningSciences.com or faxed to 724-459-6373.
  • For a full refund of the registration fee (less a $100/person administrative fee plus a $25 fee if paying by purchase order), cancellation requests must be received by May 31, 2013.
  • Cancellation requests received after May 31, 2013, will not receive a refund of the registration fee.
  • All refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receipt.

Registration Policies

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and/or video footage of your voice or image captured at the event in connection with Learning Sciences International conferences and activities, in corresponding publications, in Learning Sciences International archives, or on Learning Sciences International websites. However, Learning Sciences International will not use your name with your associated organization in promotional materials or in testimonial statements without your prior written consent.

Although we will do everything we can to honor your session selections, Learning Sciences International reserves the right to make changes or substitutions to your selections.
